Account Deletion

To delete your Nousable account and all associated data, email support@nousable.com from the email address registered to your account, with the subject "Account deletion request".

Within 30 days we will permanently delete:

• Your learner profile and skill graph
• Conversation transcripts and lesson signals
• Voice recordings used for AI tutoring
• Email address and name associated with the account

Authentication metadata may be retained up to 90 days for fraud prevention and legal compliance, after which it is also purged.
